CTODP the tuition organization you can TRUST!
Hello families, friends, Corporations and Insurance Carriers of OLPH Glendale School and Parish. If you could give OLPH students the money you pay your state taxes, would you? We have a great way for you to support Catholic Education. This is not a ‘traditional’ donation because the state will give you a DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR TAX CREDIT for it. If married you can REDIRECT $1,000.00 and if your are single you may redirect $500.00 and this needs to be done by December 31st of each year. “C” Corporations and Insurance Carriers can REDIRECT their entire state tax liability (Approved by AZ. Dept of Revenue) to receive a dollar for dollar tax credit each quarter or whenever you file. Please contact Kathy Staltzer or Daniel Subia at 623-931-7288 for more details on this awesome program! ALBERTSON’S OLPH ID – 49000113596 
Community Partners cards went home a few weeks ago in the Wednesday envelopes. Each time you shop at Albertson’s please present the card and you will earn money for OLPH. If you did not receive a card or need another one, please let us know.
BASHAS OLPH ID – 28542 
Take your Bashas “Thank You” card to any cashier or customer service desk and ask them to link the card to OLPH. For every dollar spent Bashas donates 1% to 2%.
FOOD CITY 
Food City is replacing their register tapes program with a shopping card that links directly to our account. Please present the card when making purchases at Food City to earn money for OLPH. The cards are in this week’s Wednesday envelopes.
FRY’s – “Cool Cash for Schools” OLPH ID – 10776 
Present your VIP card to a cashier or at the customer service desk and ask to have it linked to OLPH’s account shown above. For every $50K we spend as a group, Fry’s donates $500 to OLPH.
SAFEWAY OLPH ID – 6547893 
Register your Safeway Club Card through escrip at www.escrip.com, using the ID number above. Each time you use your Safeway Club Card you will earn cash for OLPH.
TARGET – Take Charge of Education OLPH ID - 2522 
When you link your Target Visa or Target Card to OLPH we receive a percentage of each purchase you make. Visit www.target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate OLPH.

Welcome to another great year at Our Lady of Perpetual Help! My name is Natalie Madrid and I’m the volunteer coordinator for Box Tops for Education. This year, our goal is to raise $5000 for our school.
Box Tops offers easy ways to earn cash for our school through everyday activities such as buying groceries.

Funding Factory

Dear OLPH Families,
School districts and nonprofit organizations across the county have been dealing with huge budget cuts, but we’ve found a way to supplement our finances to get the funds we need.
OLPH is participating in the FundingFactory® Recycling Program! This fundraiser is FREE and simple because there’s nothing to sell, no paperwork to fill out and no deadline. The program runs year-round, accumulating constant income for our efforts. But we won’t get very far without your support. Please donate your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones to our school and we’ll take it from there! We will recycle the cartridges and cell phones through FundingFactory to earn cash.
Last year alone, more than 300 million cartridges were thrown away, while 30,000,000 cell phones were tossed or replaced. We’re alleviating the volume of waste that goes into landfills, while collecting cash we need to keep our school running smoothly. Your help is vital to our fundraising success. Cell phones and cartridges can be dropped off at the FundingFactory container in the office.
FundingFactory also sponsors a businesses support program, where your employer can help out our school without spending a cent. FREE prepaid shipping labels can be sent, free of charge, directly to any business, organization or other facility within the continental United States.
